Dave Palumbo pays tribute to two fallen bodybuilders this week -- Hayley McNeff and Craig Licker. Hayley, who was featured on RXMuscle's "Bros vs. Pros" - was one of the top female bodybuilders on the east coast in the mid-early 2000's, with appearances on Dave Pulcinella's "Raising The Bar" series to her credit. Craig Licker turned pro at the 1994 NPC Nationals by winning the Middleweight title, he would go on to compete professionally twice in 2015.
